Coaching is delivered in three-month phases. You enrol in one phase at a time, and continuing is a separate decision at the end of each. The full roadmap is four phases: Foundation, Build, Consolidate, and Review.

There are no weekly calls. You have one 30-minute private call with your coach each month (the 60-minute quarterly review replaces that month’s call). Every week you complete a short structured check-in in the app — about two minutes — and your coach reviews it and sends you a written summary. You can message your coach in the app at any time; messages are answered within 2 business days.

Your coach uses an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) to draft replies and weekly summaries from your coaching records. Your coach reads, edits and approves every word before it is sent — nothing AI-written reaches you unseen. The AI never changes your plan, never gives medical advice and is not sent your contact details.

No. Coaching is not medical diagnosis or prescribing. It works alongside your own licensed clinicians.

One three-month phase: Pay the phase in full — $3,000, or Three monthly payments of $1,000. You are enrolling in one three-month phase. The full roadmap is four phases over twelve months, which totals $12,000 if you complete all four — but that is a roadmap, not what you are agreeing to today. Each phase is a separate decision.
